Recently, CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa has sent greetings to his fans.

On March 15, Jung left a message on the official Twitter account of CN Blue, “It’s very foggy in Vietnam. I ask for your support for ‘Still in Love’ tomorrow at midnight. More support and love for the album which comes out on March 27. I’m ‘Still in Love’ with you, guys. I’ll keep on loving you.” He attached a recent picture of himself to the tweet.

The picture shows Jung leaning on a window and making a V sign. He is wearing a black jacket on top of a white T-shirt, looking at the camera with a faint smile. Jung appeals with a masculine image and attracts attention.

Netizens commented: “Looking forward to CN Blue’s new song.” “Jung Yong Hwa became better-looking.” “Where did other members of CN Blue go?” “I love Jung Yong Hwa.”

The song “Still in Love” is a modern rock, written by Jung Yong Hwa himself. It shows the unique color and sentiment of CN Blue, and its melody and sad lyrics leave a lingering emotion.

CNBLUE holds comeback showcase for “EAR FUN”

On March 26th, the members of CNBLUE gathered for the comeback showcase of the release of their third mini-album, “EAR FUN“!

During their hiatus, the boys have been busy with their Japanese albums and tours. They began by expressing their excitement over their return, with leader Yonghwa stating, “It’s our first Korean comeback in nearly a year, and it’s hard to believe that we’ve just been focusing on our international schedules during that time. It was a blissful one year for us.”

He continued, “People are beginning to recognize us in Japanese ramen shops and such. Before, we were able to freely walk the streets of Japan, but now people notice us at clothing stores and on Twitter. It feels a bit weird, and it also makes us wear sunglasses. I think it’s because the four of us are always together. They mainly recognize Jungshin… When we’re alone, they recognize us a little less.”

The boys also introduced tracks off of their new album, which are mainly based in the modern rock genre. Starting with their Kim Do Hoon produced title track, “Hey You“, it was revealed that Yonghwa had produced five songs aside from the title track.

On “In My Head” being included in the album, the members said, “It’s not only our major debut song, but one that sold over 100,000 copies. We sang it again in Korean for the album. We always performed it in Japanese so we really want to try performing it live in Korea.”

When asked about their opinions on their comeback overlapping with a lot of other popular artists, Yonghwa honestly answered, “We did feel the pressure while preparing our album and even thought about scheduling it at a different time. It’s funny because we never used to think like this in the past since just the fact that we were promoting was fun and amazing. That’s why we decided to just go back to our roots to a time where achievements didn’t matter. We’re just going to enjoy everything.”

Jonghyun added, “Day by day, it gets harder as there’s more pressure. It’s still great, though, because it makes us work that much harder and prepare more thoroughly.”

On the band’s future, Yonghwa revealed, “This album was meant to protect CNBLUE’s color, but starting with our next, there will be a big transformation. After the promotions for this album end, we’re going to take a few months to figure out what direction we want to go in.”

When asked if they would ever like to perform on ‘Top Band 2‘, Yonghwa answered, “We love watching that show. There are a lot of bands we’re fans of, so of course we’d like to guest on it. Instead of competing, we just want to perform and have fun.”

I so love this group and their songs.....and I am so happy to know that their efforts are finally paying off as they are I think one of the (if not THE) Most Popular Bands in Asia today........

CNBLUE to release a limited edition of their mini album ‘EAR FUN’

Rock band CNBLUE will be releasing a special limited edition of their 3rd mini album ‘EAR FUN‘.

According to FNC Music, the limited edition version will include the same tracks on the mini album but will also include pictorial shots that were taken in the U.S., as well as the members’ individual photos.

There will be 140 pages of pictorial photos and a DVD containing a 20-minute clip of the members shooting in the U.S. In addition, the special limited edition will also include four supplemental sections for each of the members. The limited edition of the mini album will be sold starting on April 6th.

CNBLUE is currently actively promoting “Hey You” from their 3rd mini album ‘EAR FUN’, and other tracks on the album are also receiving positive response from the public.

CNBLUE’s Yonghwa is a “totally arrogant man”?

Jung Yonghwa of four-member group CNBLUE proclaimed himself to be a “wando-nam” (totally arrogant man).

On the April 10th recording of MBC Music‘s ‘Show Champion‘, the studio was filled with CNBLUE fans who became silent when Jung Yonghwa mentioned that he was a “wando-nam”.

Yonghwa explained to fans, “‘Wando-nam’ stands for ‘totally arrogant man’ (WANjun DOdohan NAMja).” He continued, “Good looking, cool. Instead of always hearing [these sort of compliments], we’d like to hear something more fresh and new.”

His charming joke and new nickname seemed to be well-received by fans. They commented, “‘Totally arrogant man!’ It sounds different from just being prideful,” and “So funny.”

CNBLUE‘s lead vocal Jung Yonghwa shared a never before revealed story about his kiss scene with So Ee Hyun on ‘Heartstrings‘.

On the April 10th episode of SBS ‘Strong Heart‘, Jung Yonghwa remarked, “My kiss scene with So Ee Hyun took place on the streets of Apgujeong.”

“It was a long shot being filmed from afar, so all we had to do was pretend to kiss,” he said. But Yonghwa did not know this, and wanting to come across as masculine, he planted his lips right on hers.

So Ee Hyun became shocked and dumbfounded at the situation, but she knew that they would have to film the scene over if she moved.

Not moving her lips from his like a ventriloquist, she asked, “What are you doing?”, which caused Yonghwa without moving his lips from hers to respond with his own question, “What’s the problem?”

Yonghwa’s ‘kiss conversation’ with So Ee Hyun caused everyone on set to burst into laughter, including new ‘Strong Heart’ MCs Shin Dong Yup and Lee Dong Wook.

On the most recent episode of KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Relay,” the Burning, Lovely, Untouchable, and Emotional members of CN Blue were interviewed on “Guerilla Date.”

During the interview, Jung Yong Hwa was chosen by the members for having the best body amongst them. To this answer, the reporter jokingly said, “Your girlfriend must really like it.” Jung Yong Hwa, then, seemed to have been caught off guard and panicked a bit. He tried to wrap up the situation and said, “I am working on my body for my future girlfriend.”

Additionally, drummer Kang Min Hyuk commented, “Yong Hwa hyung’s hips are really up. They were before, but they got even better after he started working out."

CNBLUE’s Jung Yonghwa is a playboy on ‘Star King’?
On the April 14th broadcast of SBS‘s ‘Star King‘, 13 natural beauties who claimed they did not undergo any plastic surgery guested on the show and participated in a special contest.

During the broadcast, the show featured a small parody corner of SBS’s ‘Match‘ which is currently one of Korea’s most popular adult reality TV shows that features a group of men and women seducing each other and coupling up. Go Young Wook, B1A4‘s Baro, and CNBLUE‘s Jung Yonghwa participated in this corner and showed a variety of acts to win the hearts of two beauties, Lee Yoo Jin and Choi Ye Jin.

First, Baro showcased his impressive beatboxing. Unfortunately for him, the spotlight was taken from him, when Yonghwa sang a beautiful song that matched Baro’s beats. When the time came to choose the winner, both ladies stood in line behind Yonghwa, showing their interest in the idol. Unable to hide his excitement, Yonghwa wrapped his arms around their shoulders and did a small ceremony to commemorate his win.
